- Thirty of the world’s best sommeliers have been recruited to compile a special wine list for sommeliers around the world.
- The sommeliers on the selection panel come from restaurants on the 50 Best list. They include Tina Kragh Vildgaard of Jordnaer (Copenhagen), Raphael Reichardt (above) of Tim Raue (Berlin), Agnese Morandi of Table by Bruno Verjus (Paris), Rodrigo Briseño of Disfrutar (Barcelona), Nina Højgaard Jensen of Alchemist (Copenhagen), Diego Vásquez Luque of Central and Kjolle (Lima), Tam Chaisiri Tassanakajohn of Nusara (Bangkok), Jhonel Faelnar of Atomix (New York), Lorenzo Lentini of Ikoyi (London), and Jean-Trésor Vets of The Jane (Antwerp).
