Rules of entry

• Sakes produced in one country and bottled in another are allowed to enter the competition.
• All sakes submitted must be sold fitted with a non-reusable sealing or closing device.
• Unfinished samples will not be judged by the International Wine Challenge.
• Temporary labels are accepted but the information that appears on these labels must be the same as the information that will appear on the final label. Please note all bottles are photographed for the IWC Website so we ask that you try and avoid using temporary labels where possible.

エントリー規定

• 原産国と製造国が異なるSAKEのエントリーも許可されます。
• エントリーする全てのSAKEが、再利用不可能な密封状態であるか、閉鎖装置を付けた状態で販売されている必要があります。
• 未完成のサンプルはインターナショナル・ワイン・チャレンジの審査対象とはなりません。
• 仮ラベルは受付可能ですが、仮ラベルに表示される情報が、最終ラベルに表示される情報と全く同じでなければなりません。全てのボトルがIWCのウェブサイト向けに撮影されますので、仮ラベルのご使用は避けて下さい。

Deadline
We encourage all entrants to submit their entries online. Entries must be submitted at www.internationalwinechallenge.com before 12 February 2024 (if usinge Consolidated shipping) or before 30 April 2024 (if using private courier). For the paper entry, must be submitted before 4 February Incomplete entries cannot be accepted.


締切
原則オンラインエントリーでの受付としております。www.internationalwinechallenge.comから2024年2月12日までにエントリーしてください(一括配送の場合)。個人で配送を手配する場合のエントリー締切日は2024年4月30日です。用紙エントリーは2月4日必着です。未完成のエントリー用紙は受け付けられません。

Payment

Online payment can be made by most credit cards. All entries are charged in Japanese Yen (¥). *IMPORTANT - Cards are regularly declined by the card issuer as this may be considered an unusual purchase by the bank. If your credit card is declined, please contact your card issuer/bank and confirm the value of the purchase in Yen and also the recipient: William Reed Business Media Ltd.

Invoices can be paid by payment card. Simply visit our invoice payment portal and enter the details from your invoice. Invoices can also be paid by cheque or bank transfer. All payments must be made in the currency stated on your invoice and cheques should be made payable to "William Reed Business Media Ltd".

Please note we do not accept cheques as payment.

支払

オンライン決済で原則クレジットカード決済となります。ご希望で外貨での決済も選択可能ですが、日本円（￥）での決済を推奨します。
重要:　国外での決済となる為、クレジットカードがカード発行者によって、異常な支払ケースとみなされ拒否される場合があります。その際はカード発行会社または銀行に連絡し、円での支払金額と受取人William Reed Business Media Ltdを確認してください。
お支払いはIWCの Invoice payment portalからクレジットカードで簡単に手続きを行えます。銀行振り込みも受け付けております。
小切手でのお支払いは受け付られませんのでご了承ください。

Samples

Four (4) bottles of each sake must be submitted for every entry to the International Wine Challenge. Sakes will be tasted up to three times and on different days. An extra bottle is necessary to allow for an out of condition sample. If a sake is entered into the Discovery Tasting please submit two (2) more bottles. All samples will become property of the Organiser.

出品酒サンプル

インターナショナル･ワイン･チャレンジでの審査には一銘柄につき4本のサンプルが必要です。サンプルは数日に分けて最大3回までテイスティングが行われます。 4本目は不良サンプルの予備です。 ディスカバリー･テイスティングにエントリーする場合は、追加2本のサンプルが必要です。なお、送付された出品酒はすべて主催者の所有・管理となります。

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of you entering your sake to IWC must be made by 17 April 2024.

It is possible to apply by email. (Please note that you can only contact us in English.) iwc@internationalwinechallenge.com　

The entry fee, Discovery Tasting entry fee (only if applied), and SSA contribution fee will be fully refunded if you inform us before the dead line.
However, after delivery of the sake to the warehouse, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Sake will be returned only if it is still in Japan and can be picked up.


キャンセレーション・ポリシー

エントリーされた出品酒をキャンセルする場合は、IWCに2023年4月17日までに通知してください。

エントリー費、ディスカバリー・テイスティング費（申し込まれている場合）、SSAコントリビューション費は、締切日前に通知があれば全額返金されます。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ただし、出品酒を倉庫へ納品した後の場合、輸送費は返金されません。出品酒は、まだ日本国内にあり、引取可能な場合にのみ返送します。
