Tasting Notes
Cracked pepper, raspberry, violet and cedar. Rich attack leads to an extremely, well-balanced palate. Not big, but beautifully structured. Moderate tannins with obvious but restrained acidity. Cherry fruits on the palate and a mocha / cedar spice. Superb expression of this noble variety. Cool climate wonder.
