Tasting Notes

Taut, youthful and aristocratic with superb concentration and racy intensity. Dense but refined core of pure, crystallise fruit. The mousse is ultra-fine and sustained. Finish is long, rapier-like and mineral. Invigorating now but will age beautifully.
